Parkinsonism is a group of Movement relates Disorders. Parkinson's disease is a progressive nervous system disorder that affects movement. It is caused due to lack of Dopamine, a neurotransmitter. Primary Symptoms include Tremors (usually start noticeable in one hand), Bradykinesia, Stiffness and Difficulty in movement. In later stages, Forward leaning posture, Micrographia, Mask like face, Imbalance and disurbed Gait. Medical management includes Tablets, which controls symptoms. Physiotherapy plays very important role in managing 'Activities of Daily Life' by Therapeutic Exercise Program.
